Sometimes it's fun to hand over the camera and see the world through Edward's eyes.
And it's also good to take the time to make some Chocolate Zucchini Cupcakes (used the oats in the food processor option). Because all of the zucchini, of course. I may or may not have eaten 3 already this afternoon. And sorry about the non-awesome photography, the food part of our house has very little light.

#2 i just got a GIANT zucchini from a generous friend's garden today & i'm totally going to make those muffins! zucchini AND applesauce?! it's practically a side-dish!
That was my logic- lots of fiber to cancel out the sugar!
